Welcome to Get Groomed! Please take time to consider our policies before your appointment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! You can text 845-637-9834 anytime.

1. Drop off: It’s grooming day! We ask that you please respect your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to reschedule your appointment.
2. Pick up guidelines: You just dropped your pet off, and you're excited to see them when they are done! Your pet can take anywhere from two to four hours to be groomed. We will text when your pet is almost finished. We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of receiving the first text. Unless prior arrangements have been made, a $25 holding fee may be added to your final bill.
3. After grooming guidelines: Your pet’s happiness is our top priority! Your happiness is important also! If you are unhappy with ANYTHING after your pet's grooming, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention. We want to work with you and fix it! You have up to five days after your pet's grooming to bring an issue to our attention. After the five day period, we cannot be held responsible for any further issues.
4. Matted dogs: If your pet is matted, please do not feel ashamed to bring them to us. We want to help your pet feel better! That being said, we DO NOT brush out severely matted pets. Instead, we give them a shorter haircut to make them more comfortable. In severe cases, matting causes pain and discomfort to your pet. In addition, removal of mats may bring about red skin, irritated areas, and hematomas. We do our absolute best to keep your pet comfortable—as that is our top priority.
